The cost is reasonable, it is accurate, and there is no restriction for its use around your microwave oven as there is with electronic scales. It is very easy to use whether you are weighing one item or a multiingredient portion of food. Put the plate or bowl on the scales and reset the scales to zero and add the food and record the weight, reset the scales to zero and add the next portion of food and record its weight. Continue this process until you have the individual portions of food weighed and recorded. This is much simpler than weighing in one container and serving it in another. The Soehnle 4-Pound Culina Scale is an excellent tool for dieters and diabetics to maintain accurate control of their diet. It makes it very easy to end the guessing about the calorie, fat, carbohydrate, and protein content of your diet.
